What´s a brand to do? Meeting the Needs of 21st Century Customers in the Age of the Social Web.
Chris Heuer is an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, facilitator and deep thinker who enables companies to engage with the markets they serve across their entire business. When thinking holistically about the entire business and its relationship with its' markets, he works across the silos and within them. His clients include PR, Marketing, Support, Product Management, Research, eCommerce, Digital and other vertical marketing groups in education, consumer and B2B. Seeing similarities between the rise of the Web as a vital communications technology and the current rise of Social Media, Chris Heuer formed Social Media Club in March, 2006 to help more people understand the greater significance of what it means to be social and how media production/consumption has changed. To this end, Social Media Club is promoting media literacy, encouraging the sharing of lessons learned, promoting industry standards such as Creative Commons and discussing questions of ethics.
